Well let me think.
Lv4 missions can be run as a drawn out grind of overtanked minimal DPS or a frenetic dash to shoot the rats before your armour vaporises completely. Your choice of implants can either play to your strength or bolster your weakness.
I think my current missionish clone has a +5% ROF implant (much nicer for lasers or rails than AC  ) and a +5% damage implant, since my Abaddon really doesn't need help tanking.
So, running useful armor-tanking-rail-ganking implants by slot. I'll use the highest versions since you seem to have Cyb V and everyone likes the best.
Slot 6
Noble ZET1000 - 5% faster repping - will up cap use, but give 5.3% more tankable DPS. Marginally useful, will keep you alive a little longer in a long attrition of armor.
Squire CR8 - 5% better cap recharge, could be useful if you're 2% from cap stable and like to AFK mission.
Squire PG8 - if you're thiiiiiiis close to fitting your ultimate setup, otherwise useless
Gypsy KMB-75 - see above, but for CPU
Slot 7
Gunslinger AX-2 - tracking is always nice, will drop the range at which cruisers get under your guns.
Lancer G2-Beta - ostensibly a laser implant, but 5% less cap on guns could mean cap stability or longer firing.
Deadeye ZGC1000 - 5% falloff, shoot things farther away. duh.
Slot 8
Squire CC8 - more cap. cap is life.
Slot 9
Gunslinger CX-2 - +5% to all turret damage. do want.
Lancer G2-Delta - +5% to all turret ROF. slightly (as in 0.18%, woopty do) more damage, more cap+ammo. decisions, decisions.
what, you want more than damage? GTFO.

Noble ZET4000 - +5% to rep amount, stay alive that little bit longer
Deadeye ZGA1000 - +5% optimal, pfft whatever
Slot 10
Noble ZET5000 - +5% armor, armor is life, or at least longer until death
Deadeye ZGL1000 - 5% large hybrid damage - combine with slot 9 5% for 10.25/10.53% damage bonus. yummy.
Gnome KZA2000 - less turret CPU, if you absolutely must miss out on the Deadeye.
